That passion has grown into a career as a Certified Personal Trainer, Weight Management Coach, and competitive powerlifting coach under USA Powerlifting (USAPL) - where I've earned 5 Gold Medals and 1 Silver Medal through national-level competition.
My athletic journey began at a young age playing basketball and softball, later adding volleyball in high school. It was during that time I realized that if I wanted to perform better on the court, I had to become stronger off the court. I joined a local gym, and that decision changed everything. The process of becoming faster, stronger, and more resilient through training sparked what would become a lifelong commitment to strength.
As I trained, something unexpected happened - teammates and peers became motivated by my discipline. They began asking for guidance, structure, and support. That was the moment I discovered my purpose: not just to challenge myself, but to lead others who wanted a path forward and didn't know where to begin.
Today, as the owner of Fuerza Training Systems, I continue to coach athletes and everyday individuals both in person and online. My work blends performance-based strength training with practical nutrition and habit development so clients can build results that last far beyond a single program.
I believe one of life's greatest challenges is learning how to use past experiences - both successes
and setbacks - as fuel to grow into who we're meant to become. Progress is rarely comfortable, but it is always transformative when approached with intention and guidance.
